About Me
Hello my name is Adrian A.K.A. Capreo and here’s a little about me.
For years I’ve struggled with mental health and really didn’t understand much of anything about how I was feeling and thinking or even how to cope with everyday life. Now I’m sure for many years I carried myself as if nothing was wrong and everything was under control, and really all of that was a cover-up of what I really was experiencing inside, all I wanted was just to have peace, peace from my thinking, peace from drama and most of all peace from the outside world.
So began the journey of learning myself, and searching for who I really was, not just this body but the “me” that’s on the inside, I like to call it “THE INNER YOU”. Once I was able to begin to see who I really was, I began to learn tools and techniques that I applied (and still do) in my everyday life that allow me not to live my life stuck on auto pilot. Now I enjoy the miracles of each moment and the peace that comes with that.
I am still on this journey, and my mission is to show others how to become their best version of themselves and how to find that real peace within. Many Blessings and Namaste.

Mental Health
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Anxiety
Experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. However, people with anxiety disorders frequently have intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Often, anxiety disorders involve repeated episodes of sudden feelings of intense anxiety and fear or terror that reach a peak within minutes (panic attacks)..
Spirituality
Spirituality goes beyond the material, mundane world; it includes a conscious sense of that which is greater than the individual, egocentric self, and embraces a connection to a unifying principal—an “All That Is.” Spirituality is about how we perceive, connect with, and bring this greater unifying principal into our lives. It is about consciously living from a more transcendent space of love, gratitude, kindness, compassion, nonjudgement, inclusiveness, respect and honor for all beings, resulting in a perception and experience of the profound sanctity and interconnectedness in all of life.
